Magill’s Skin Care Co. began with a simple idea: skincare doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective.

Living on our small family farm in rural Ontario, I became increasingly interested in traditional ways of caring for skin using simple, recognizable ingredients. Long before modern cosmetics filled store shelves, people relied on ingredients like tallow, beeswax, and botanical oils to nourish and protect their skin.

Those traditional methods inspired the products we make today.

Each product from Magill’s Skin Care Co. is crafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients and time-honored techniques. Tallow, one of our primary ingredients, has been used for generations because its natural fatty acid profile closely resembles our own skin, allowing it to absorb deeply and support the skin’s natural moisture barrier.

Rather than complicated formulas, our focus is on simplicity — products made with ingredients you can recognize and trust.

From whipped body butters to herbal salves and nourishing lip balms, every product is made slowly and intentionally, right here in Canada.
